For descaling water systems and moulds
Various scale types might easily emerge over time inside civil and industrial plants. Scale inhibits water flow and functions as a very efficient insulator, lowering heat transfer efficiency and increasing operating costs and downtime. Scale breaker tank-mounted pumps are specifically designed for descaling and chemical cleaning of heating plants, heat exchangers, and cooling systems.
The deposits are chemically removed by flushing with suitable acid solutions, restoring system operation to normal levels. There are no metal pieces in touch with the chemical liquids being pumped.
PP and PVDF medium and large descaling pumps are intended to remove scale, sediment, and obstructions of various types (metal oxides, rust, sludge, algae, limescale, etc.) that may be deposited in medium-sized or large industrial systems (heat exchangers, refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems, boilers, evaporators, cooling circuits, presses, moulding machines, etc.). These residues build over time, clogging channels and decreasing machinery performance in terms of heat exchange and flow rate. Numatic PP and PVDF Pumps dissolve any scale buildup and clear the circuits.
